• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Karachi: 1–3 business days
• Major Cities: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are applicable on all orders as displayed at checkout.
• Orders worth Rs. 5,000 or above qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in Pakistan.

Courier Service

We use trusted third-party courier companies to deliver your orders across Pakistan.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via WhatsApp on the mobile number provided with your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If your order is placed on Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Please keep the exact amount of your order ready at the time of delivery.
• Our delivery partners are not responsible for carrying change.
• If you pay an amount greater than your order total, Xpert Glow by SkinXperts Dr. Javed Alam Farooqi is not liable to refund or return any excess cash paid to the courier. We kindly request customers to pay the exact invoice amount.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address
• Incorrect contact information
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept the parcel

the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

Parcel Inspection

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If you receive a parcel that is:

• Damaged
• Opened or tampered with
• Incorrect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the parcel, product, and invoice so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
